The purpose of this Contracting Procurement is to contract one (1) Contractor for the recruitment, selection and placement of mainly IT staff (self-employed persons, Contractor's staff or employees employed by third parties). This Tender must ensure that the Client can fulfill its need for hiring (IT) staff in an efficient and lawful manner in order to achieve the following objectives for the Client:

• Flexibility in the workforce;

• Relieving the Client in the field of administrative burdens and recruitment and selection.
