The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights, for the purposes of conducting a public procurement procedure, hereinafter referred to as "Documentation" for a project consisting in the construction of new waste collection sites, hereinafter referred to as "MZO" and the liquidation of existing places located in Wrocław in the area of Żmichowskiej, Monte Casino, Waryńskiego, Kosynierów Gdyńskich, Potebni, Dembowski streets, Borelowski - (Stage I) and performing author's and dendrological supervision during the implementation of the project - (Stage II), including:

1) Stage I – completed complete Project Documentation:
a) Part 1 – preparatory/pre-design works – proposals for the location of the MZO, preliminary arrangements with the owners of the area covered by the investment, network administrators, development of a design concept in which the Contractor will indicate in what order/at what stages and on what scope of the subject of the contract (the entire scope/individual locations/groups of locations) will obtain a building permit / certificates of lack of objection (with the proviso that the entire subject of the contract must be performed within the deadline specified in § 3 section 1 point 1 of the Agreement), preparation of maps for design purposes, execution of dendrological inventory, submission of an application for development conditions, obtaining conservation guidelines, development of an archaeological research program and submission of an application to the DCKZ for a permit to conduct archaeological research, development of geological research; submitting applications and obtaining agreements, decisions, consents, guidelines and other materials necessary to start the basic design work;
b) Part 2 – design works – execution of construction projects along with obtaining the final building permit / certificate of lack of objection, consent to derogation from technical and construction regulations (if necessary), execution of executive / technical designs, bills of quantities, cost estimates and STWiORB in the number of sets of Documentation depending on the division into MZO locations agreed with the Ordering Party at the conceptual design stage;

The subject of the contract includes the preparation of complete design documentation covering the construction of waste collection sites in the area of Żmichowskiej, Monte Casino, Waryńskiego, Kosynierów Gdyńskich, Potebni, Dembowski, Borelowskiego streets on Dz. No. 198/12_AR_3, 208/47_AR_3, 11/51_AR_4, 13/43_AR_4, 19/61_AR_4, 68_AR_4, 85/10_AR_4, 87/47_AR_4, 99/40_AR_4,34/8_AR_4, 44/6_AR_4, 27/16_AR_5, 49/41_AR_5, 91/37_AR_5 - precinct Sępolno; on the basis of guidelines for the development of documentation constituting Annex 2 to the Agreement, and performing author's and dendrological supervision during the implementation of construction works.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the contract (constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ), guidelines for the development of documentation (constituting Annexes No. 8 to the SWZ).
