This contract covers the supply and delivery of new or used closed containers (of the "maritime" type) on the recyparcs of IDELUX Environnement's area of action, as well as all supplies and costs generally whatsoever which, by their nature, depend on or are jointly and severally attached to them.

This contract covers the supply and delivery of new or used closed containers (of the "maritime" type) on the recyparcs of IDELUX Environnement's area of action, as well as all supplies and costs generally whatsoever which, by their nature, depend on or are jointly and severally attached to them.

These containers will be intended in particular for the storage, protected from bad weather and humidity, of reusable goods (furniture, objects, ...) collected on the recyparcs.

In the event of a proposal for "second-hand containers", it will be mandatory, only containers that have made only one "voyage"; or in plain English: new containers that have been used only once and only for the transport of non-dangerous and non-toxic goods
