The subject of the contract is the execution of the order “Receiving, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste from the area of Mrągowo Municipality from owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property in 2022" consisting in the provision of receiving, transport and landscaping services municipal property owners located on the territory of Mrągowo Municipality in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended), the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the territory Municipalities Mrągowo, as well as other provisions of statutory and local law.

1.1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the order “Receiving, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste from the area of Mrągowo Municipality from owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property in 2022" consisting in the provision of receiving, transport and landscaping services municipal property owners located on the territory of Mrągowo Municipality in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended), the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the territory Municipalities Mrągowo, as well as other provisions of statutory and local law.

1.2. Transmission of mixed municipal waste to the Transshipment Station in Polska Wieś, Mrągowo, part of the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation.

1.3. Transfer received from property owners, selectively collected municipal waste directly or through another waste collector to waste recovery and disposal installations for use in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management as defined in Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended)., for installations specified in the Contractor's offer.2.The scope of the contract includes:

2.1. the collection and transport of municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside,

2.2. the collection and transport of municipal waste from properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is created,

2.3. the collection and transport of municipal waste from real estate on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in the territory of Mrągowo Municipality,

2.4. collection and transport of waste accumulated during sports, cultural, entertainment and other events,

2.5. collection and transport of waste accumulated in containers in cemeteries, rural beaches and other public places, etc., in places and in the number indicated by the Contracting Authority in Annex 1 to the SWZ,

2.6. collection and transport from sites not intended for storage and storage (illegal landfills, wild dumps, waste caused by random events),

2.7. emptying of storage containers used for the collection of used batteries, set up in indicated public and educational facilities,

2.8. achieving the level of preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste in the amount laid down in the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., OJ 2021, item 888 as amended) and other implementing provisions.

2.9. supply of bags for selective collection of waste to fractions: paper, glass, plastics, metals, green waste, hearth ashes

2.10.ensuring a sufficient amount of specialized technical means to guarantee the timely and qualitative performance of the object of the contract.
