The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement without minimum amount and with a maximum amount including the services remunerated to the holder and the face value of the Cesu is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will mainly result in the issuance of purchase orders and the possible conclusion of subsequent contracts (ordinary contracts formalized by purchase orders equivalent to subsequent contracts)
