1. The subject of the contract is the provision of agency services for the sale of railway tickets on behalf of and for the benefit of the Employer at the places of the provision of agency sales of tickets, the list of which is in Annex 6 to the ToR, hereinafter referred to as "stations", in premises provided by:

1) the Employer in the case of the Bierutów station;

2) the Contractor in the case of the Wołów station.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: Annex 6 to the ToR (opening hours of the windows and terms of the contract for individual stations) and Annex 7 to the ToR, which is a model contract agreement.
