Provision of services in the field of maintaining cleanliness and order in the Passenger Service Buildings (BOP) Court Node, Profession Node and Brynów Node in Katowice

The subject of the contract is comprehensive cleaning – maintenance of cleanliness and order in the passenger service buildings in Katowice: Interchange node of Sądowa Street ("BOP Node Sądowa"), Interchange of 1-go Maja Street ("BOP Node Zawodzie") and Interchange of T.Kościuszki Street ("BOP Node Brynów") managed by KZGM in Katowice, including in particular:1) current (based on the frequency set in the schedule) maintenance of cleanliness and order of the internal surfaces of the building (together with windows and window sills, seats, replenishment of cleaning products, caring for plants, emptying baskets and displaying containers) 2) additional cleaning of the facility - above the scheduled frequency 3) snow removal of the roof of the building, removal of ice, snow overhangs and icicles and removal of snow and ice in place permitted by law. The order is divided into 3 parts. The contractor may submit a tender for all parts of the contract.

Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order of the Passenger Service Building (BOP) Court Node in Katowice

1. Part 1 includes comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order of the Passenger Service Building (BOP) Court Node in Katowice. The services will consist in particular in:

1) current (based on the frequency set in the schedule):

a) maintaining the cleanliness and order of the internal surfaces of the building, b) maintaining the cleanliness of the windows (from the inside and outside),c) replenishing cleaning products, d) caring for natural plants, e) maintaining the cleanliness of the seats in the travel zone, f) emptying trash cans, g) exposing waste containers,

2) additional cleaning of the facility - above the frequency set in the schedule,

3) snow removal of the roof of the building, removal of ice, snow overhangs and icicles, as well as removal of snow and ice in a place permitted by law.

The current areas covered by part 1 of the order are: 1087.02 m2.

2. Activities for Part 1 shall be carried out around the clock, seven days a week, including public holidays, throughout the duration of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract together with attachments, where the areas covered by the service are specified (Annex No. 1.1 to 1.3 to the draft provisions of the contract), standards of service provision (activities, frequency) and other information specifying the size and scope of the subject of the contract.

3. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable law with the utmost care, observing the principles of occupational health and safety.

4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor with whom the contract for the implementation of the subject of the contract will be concluded during its validity meets the requirements set out in the provisions of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1083, as amended) in accordance with Article 68(3) and Article 35(2) of the aforementioned Act.

5. All obligations of the Contractor and the Ordering Party as well as the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract and the method of settlement are included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.

6.Means of proof in question. The Ordering Party shall not call for their submission/supplementation.

7.The contracting authority took into account social aspects (provided for the requirement of employment on the basis of an employment relationship).

8.For part 1 there are orders under art.214(1)(7) of the PPL-repetition of similar services, i.e. comprehensive cleaning, maintaining cleanliness and order, snow removal of the roof, ice removal, overhangs with a net value of up to PLN 472384.22 (details and conditions-Chapter VII of the SWZ)

Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order of the Passenger Service Building (BOP) Zawodzie Junction in Katowice

1. Part 2 includes comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order of the Passenger Service Building (BOP) Of the Profession Junction in Katowice. The services will consist in particular in:

1) current (based on the frequency set in the schedule):

a) maintaining the cleanliness and order of the internal surfaces of the building, b) maintaining the cleanliness of the windows (from the inside and outside),c) replenishing cleaning products, d) caring for natural plants, e) maintaining the cleanliness of the seats in the travel zone, f) emptying trash cans, g) exposing waste containers,

2) additional cleaning of the facility - above the frequency set in the schedule,

3) snow removal of the roof of the building, removal of ice, snow overhangs and icicles, as well as removal of snow and ice in a place permitted by law.

The current areas covered by part 2 of the order are: 624.31 m2.

2. Activities for part 2 should be performed 7 days a week, from 4:30 to 23:30 on working days and from 5:00 to 23:00 on public holidays, throughout the duration of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract together with attachments, where the areas covered by the service are specified (Annex No. 1.1 to 1.3 to the draft provisions of the contract), standards of service provision (activities, frequency) and other information specifying the size and scope of the subject of the contract.

7.The contracting authority took into account social aspects (provided for the requirement of employment on the basis of an employment relationship). 8.For part 2, contracts under Art. 214(1)(7) of the PPL are provided for the repetition of similar services, i.e. a complex. cleaning, Utrzym. cleanliness and order, snow removal of the roof, removal of ice, overhangs with a net value of up to PLN 254000.36 (details and conditions - Chapter VII SWZ)

1. Part 3 includes comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order of the Passenger Service Building (BOP) Brynów Junction in Katowice. The services will consist in particular in:

1) current (based on the frequency set in the schedule):

a) maintaining the cleanliness and order of the internal surfaces of the building, b) maintaining the cleanliness of the windows (from the inside and outside),c) replenishing cleaning products, d) maintaining the cleanliness of the seats in the travel area,e) emptying trash cans,f) exposing waste containers,

2) additional cleaning of the facility - above the frequency set in the schedule,

3) snow removal of the roof of the building, removal of ice, snow overhangs and icicles, as well as removal of snow and ice in a place permitted by law.

The current areas covered by part 3 of the order are: 806.68 m2.
