The proposed contract is for the Design and Construction of the first phase of the redevelopment of Lewisham College's Waterloo Campus. The proposed works will include the following:

(i) refurbishment of the North Thames building;

(ii) formation of a new atrium in the location of an existing external courtyard;

(iii) refurbishment of the entrance/reception area;

(iv) construction of a new build extension to entrance building.
