The subject of the contract is to plan, prepare and conduct the Economic Competition together with a campaign promoting the economic potential of West Pomerania. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510), persons performing administrative and office activities in the performance of the contract. Detailed requirements regarding the method of verification of employment and the rights of the Contracting Authority in the scope of control of the Contractor's compliance with requirements related to employment, as well as sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are set out in the Model Agreement, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
