Gradia, the educational group of Jyväskylä, asks for offers for work clothes and related services rented for students and staff at various offices in Jyväskylä and Jämsä. The service will also be extended later to the Lievesfresh office, this will be agreed separately).

Gradia, the education group of Jyväskylä, requests offers for work clothes rented for the use of students and staff in Jyväskylä, Jämsä (possibly after the renovation of the light fresh site is completed, also with Lievesfreshe, this will be agreed separately) and related services.

The quantities set out in Annex 2 (Price Annex) to the invitation to tender are based on the student and staff numbers of 2021 and are the weight factors calculated for the comparison of tenders. The amounts are indicative and vary depending on the number of students each year and the Jyväskylä Training Group does not commit to minimum procurement amounts. The cost of the service to be acquired must include the purchase of clothes, rental, washing, maintenance, necessary transport, and clean clothing suspension service with compartment cabinets. Products needing shelf service and trays are listed in Annex 2.

Contracts are aimed at concluding with the service provider for the period from 01.08.2022 to 31.7.2025. The Agreement may be amended to be indefinitely valid after the deadline. The amendment of the agreement will be agreed separately and its own decision will be made.

The acquisition is made in accordance with the Public Procurement and Concessions Act (1397/2016).
