1.The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, located in the Łomianki Municipality.

A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be described as Annex 3 to SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport

and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, located in the Łomianki Municipality.

2. The contract shall cover the following tasks:

1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live,

2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (GPSZOK),

3) collection, transport and management of biodegradable municipal waste with code 20 02 01 from the owners of real estate on which residents live,

4) collection, transport and management of biodegradable municipal waste with code 20 02 01 from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (GPSZOK),

5) collection, transport and development of post-Christmas trees from the owners of inhabited properties located in the Łomianki commune,

6) collection, transport and management of waste from Selective Collection Points of Expired Medicines,

7) delivery and disposal of bags and containers for waste,

8) delivery of containers and containers for GPSZOK service,

9) emptying segregation sets in public areas,

10) maintaining cleanliness and order around the containers.

3. The provision of the service shall be carried out in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery are achieved by other methods and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced. The Contractor is obliged to comply with the legal provisions during the term of the contract, in particular:

1) the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities,

2) the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste,

3) the provisions of the Act of 27 April 2001. Environmental Protection Law,

4) provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Mazovia,

5) from the current resolution of the City Council in Łomianki on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Łomianki Commune.
