Renovation, new construction and open space design of the "Mathäser Areal"

The planned area consists of 2 components:

Component 1:

renovated existing inn (basement, ground floor, upper floor and DG) with new ground floor extensions

Component 2:

New construction of a ground-floor event hall with basement adjoining rooms on the south side and basement foyer on the west side

The foyer connects component 1 and component 2.

The entrepreneur must inform himself about the local conditions before submitting an offer. Later claims due to ignorance will not be granted.

The hall consists of a ground floor, consisting of Stb. walls and a solid ceiling made of prefabricated T-parts.

A green roof is provided as the roof structure.

Internal dimensions:

Length: approx. 22,70m

Width: approx. 14,05m

Clear room height:approx. 5,60m = OK T-finished part

ca. 4,50m = UK T-Fertigteil

The window façade consists of a mullion-transom façade and is already mounted.

A ceiling and a wall cladding made of wood acoustic panels was provided for the expansion of the hall. Furthermore, the hall extension includes

4 access doors, which are also clad with the same veneer as the acoustic panels.

Wall cladding:

The wall cladding consists of non-visibly screwed wood acoustic panels including all necessary substructures, insulation and drywall work. Cut-outs for speakers / electronic outputs must be integrated in panels and in the base.

The panels must be flush with a shadow gap to the mullion-transom façade.

Blanket:

Between the prefabricated T-parts (18 panels with a clear width of approx. 1.00m), the same wood acoustic panels as on the wall cladding are to be mounted.

Description for 1 field:

A shadow gap and an LED light strip are to be integrated to the side of the adjacent components.

The field consists of 2 wood acoustic panels including all necessary UK's (longitudinal and transverse), as the final ventilation takes place in the middle.
