This consultation concerns the supply of foodstuffs necessary for the operation of the municipal community catering of the city of Charleville-Mézières. The city produces and delivers meals for schoolchildren / leisure centers, nurseries and seniors on a cold basis from its central kitchen located at 20 rue d'Evigny, 08000 la Francheville.
The volume of meal production is on average 2,100 meals per day during school period and 400 meals per day outside school period.
