The purpose of this contract is the maintenance and repair of fire safety and fire detection system equipment, natural/mechanical smoke extraction system equipment, as well as weekly, half-yearly and annual maintenance of sprinkler systems in municipal buildings. This contract also provides for the replacement of this equipment according to the needs and diagnoses established by the holder, the contracting authority, an approved inspection office and the safety commission.

The contracting authority decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reason: the subject-matter of the framework agreement does not

does not allow the identification of separate benefits, i.e. the benefits are not "By their nature and having regard to the purpose of the framework agreement,

to be the subject of different lots". In addition, the framework agreement is partly at a fixed price (for preventive maintenance services) and partly at a unit price (for repair and works services).

For the unitary part, the framework agreement is to purchase orders with minimum and maximum. The minimum threshold is 20,000 euro excluding VAT; the maximum threshold is 180,000 euro (excl. tax). For the initial period of 24 months. The amount will be the same for each renewal period.
