The Contracting Authority shall grant, on the basis of framework agreements concluded as a result of the decision

Proceedings, orders for the supply of consumables and reagents necessary for the implementation of research tasks in

as part of own funds and projects implemented by the Contracting Authority.

The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 parts, also referred to as tasks in the following part of the SWZ, which are the subject of separate tender procedures.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract have been specified

in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Valuation Form and
