The subject of the contract in this procedure is:

Development of complete design documentation "Construction and extension of roads, constituting a road connecting the street in memory of the victims of World War II in the city of Siedlce, with the national road No. 2, in the town of Żelków Kolonia, Siedlce commune, Siedlce poviat", i.e.:

Stage I: "Construction of the Street in Memory of the Victims of World War II in Siedlce".

Stage II: "Construction of Okopowa Street in Siedlce, on the section from Memorial Street of the Victims of World War II to Artyleryjska Street".

Stage III: "Extension of Artyleryjska Street in Siedlce, on the section from Okopowa Street

to the intersection with 2KDG street, construction of 2KDG street in Siedlce, extension of the provincial category road No. 803, on the section from the intersection with 2KDG street in Siedlce, to the intersection with the national road No. 2 in Żelków Kolonia together with the demolition and construction of a bridge over the Muchawka River", including:

Part I: "Extension of Artyleryjska Street in Siedlce, on the section from Okopowa Street to the intersection with 2KDG Street (street in MPZP area located between Garwolińska, Artyleryjska and Leśna Streets in Siedlce), construction of 2KDG Street, extension of the provincial category road No. 803 – Garwolińska Street, on the section from 2KDG Street to the administrative border of the city of Siedlce".

Part II: Extension of the provincial road No. 803 - Siedlecka Street in Żelkowo Kolonia, from the administrative border of the city of Siedlce to the intersection of the national road No. 2 and demolition and construction of a bridge (JNI 15510016) over the Muchawka River, in the town of Żelków Kolonia, Siedlce commune, Siedlce county".
