This procedure concerns the design, configuration, populating and delivery services in SaaS mode through the Tuscany Cloud System – SCT, the cloud of the Tuscany Region, the digital Front end or the Sites, Portals, Web Channels and WebApps, of the Tuscany Region – Regional Council and of the Regional Authorities, including the technological platforms that allow the development and management of web content.

This contract is aimed at the stipulation of a Framework Agreement pursuant to art. 54 Legislative Decree 50/2016 between the Supplier and the Tuscany Region and regulates the services and services related to the design, configuration, population and delivery in SaaS mode through the Tuscan Cloud System – SCT, the cloud of the Tuscany Region, of the digital Front end or of the Sites, Portals, Web Channels and WebApps, of the Tuscany Region – Regional Council and of the Regional Territory Bodies, including technological platforms that allow the development and management of web content.

The following can join the Framework Agreement during its validity: Tuscany Region (Regional Council and Regional Council), Agencies, Dependent Entities and In-House Companies of the Tuscany Region, ESTAR, Regional Health Service Bodies (AA. SS. LL., AA. OO., etc.), local authorities and other contracting authorities that insist on the regional territory.
