The subject of the order is specified in detail in the Appendix. No. 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – List of real estate and PPE located on them. An integral part of the description of the subject of the contract also includes: the offer form (Annex 2 to the SWZ), the price form (Annex 3 to the SWZ) and the Draft provisions of the public procurement contract that will be introduced into the public procurement contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ). Estimated amount of energy supply 2600 MWh.

The amount (volume) of electricity given in point 5 is an estimated value and may change, except that regardless of the amount of electricity consumption, the Contractor will not claim any claims in this respect to the Ordering Party and the settlement will be based on the actual amount of electricity consumed in individual PPEs, which were indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ and unit prices presented in the offer.

7. The Ordering Party is connected to the network of the distributor PGE Dystrybucja S.A. with its registered office in Lublin, address: 20-340 Lublin, Garbarska 21A Street (correspondence address: PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Łódź, 90-021 Łódź, Tuwima 58 Street) on the basis of contracts for the provision of electricity distribution services. The contracts are valid for an indefinite period.
