The primary function of the Contractor is to carry out the audit as an independent expert and to give an opinion on the basis of this investigation as referred to in Article 213 of the Municipal Act.

The contract value exceeds the threshold for European tendering and for that reason the audit services are tendered as a single contract for the municipality of Papendrecht.
