The tender concerns the implementation of Statutory Energy Labelling for 14 member schools in the Purchasing Community IFIRS.

The contract is expected to enter into force on 01.02.2024 and runs until 31.01.2028.

The contract's total expected number of square meters is 571,395.

The provision of the listed services will take place on the basis of the contract attached as Appendix 2 - Draft Contract. The contract sets out the obligations and rights that will be applicable between the parties in connection with the performance of the contract.

The energy labelling must be carried out in accordance with the Executive Order of Act and Promotion of Energy Savings in Buildings no. 1923 of 8 October 2021, Executive Order no. 549 of 15 May 2023 on energy labelling of buildings and the latest Handbook for Energy Consultants, currently HB 2023, stated guidelines, including electronic reporting of the energy label to the Danish Energy Agency and submission of the report for energy labelling to the contracting entity.
