The object of the order is the long-term rental (60 ms.) of two automotive (saddle) tractors adapted for pulling and unloading semi-trailers with moving floor in accordance with this SWZ in particular the description of the object of the contract and the terms of the contract.
The vehicle cannot be a prototype, it is intended to come from serial production and comply with the applicable standards and regulations in Poland.
The vehicle is to meet the following conditions year of production of the vehicle min. 2021, factory new, free of design, material, executive and legal defects with a paid-for motor insurance package OC, NNW, AC, transport tax.

Service and repair of the vehicle:
— full warranty and post-warranty service fully paid for by the landlord, including timely services resulting from the manufacturer's instructions and any repairs including emergency replacement parts resulting from the day-to-day operation of the vehicle. (does not apply to repairs to damaged tires except those covered by the tyre manufacturer's warranty),
— the provision of a replacement vehicle with the same or higher parameters
technical and equipment in the event of an accident, failure or service operations lasting more than 7 days.
Other conditions:
— the technical parameters of the vehicle not specified in the specification should comply with the technical requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment,
— receipt of vehicles by the contracting authority on the basis of the preliminary protocol and drawn up after 7 days after the date of delivery of the vehicle of the final protocol at the office of the procuring operator 72-200 Nowogard — Slavitino 30.
