REN Sjøkabelberedskap AS (the Customer) shall, on behalf of the member grid companies along the coast of Norway from the Swedish border at Halden to the Russian border at Grense Jakobselv, negotiate a frame agreement for the delivery of sub sea cables and equipment to the joint contingency warehouse in Norway. The location provides access from both a deep water harbour and trucks.

The contract shall also cover the member companies demand for new sub sea cable installations.
