The operation consists in the rehabilitation of the old parloirs in administrative space. They are located on the ground floor below the current offices.

The operation includes, in other things:

— the creation of a stairwell;

— the creation of an elevator between the DRC and R+1;

— the redevelopment of partitions, fluids, for the creation of offices with computer station, meeting room, sanitary facilities;

— construction of an armory.

The current office space at R+1 will be refreshed and the sanitary facilities will be moved.
