The acquisition is subject to replacement carpet services in the city of Tampere, Pirkanmaan Jennia, Pirkanmaa Medical District, Servi, SK Procurement Services, Tampere Rental Housing Foundation, Tampere Rental Housing, Tammenlehväkeskus, Tammenlehväkeskus, Vilusen Rinteen, Tampere Kotilinkenkenkenkenkenpentilinlinlinpentilinpentiary Foundation and Valkeakoske city destinations. The service includes delivery of clean rugs to destinations, pick-up of used carpets at intervals agreed with the service subscriber, and washing and drainage of replacement mats. The service subscriber does not purchase carpets that are part of their own exchange service, but rents them from the service provider.

The resulting service contract is primarily concerned with the replacement service of nitrile rubber-based nylon mats, but the service provider must also have cotton and

design/logo mats. The potential acquisition of these carpets is always agreed separately.

Servi will join the use of the contract as of 1 January 2023.

The estimated total value of the acquisition has been declared without commitment and calculated for 4 years. Nylon mats and cotton and design/logo mats are noted.
