Project management and works services, for the design and construction of approximately 4,200 optical sockets (distribution link). The perimeter of the sockets to be built relates on the one hand, to the realization of so-called "isolated" sites, about 2,700 sockets, known as PART No. 1, as part of a flat-rate envelope and on the other hand, about 1,500 sockets that cannot be connected to date, known as PART No. 2, in the context of purchase order services.
