The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live in the Municipality of Tuszyn, Łódzki Wschodni district, Łódź Voivodeship, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) and executive acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship valid during the performance of the contract

and local law.

The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated on residential properties on which municipal waste is generated, in the Municipality of Tuszyn, in accordance with applicable regulations in this respect. The subject of the contract includes the collection of waste from single-family and multi-family inhabited properties, from the Selective Waste Collection Point and from pharmacy points.
