Refuelling of the official vehicles of SWT-AöR and the city of Trier in the period from 01.12.2023 to 31.12.2027 as well as permanent provision of a fuel quota in the event of a crisis.

The SWT Institution under Public Law of the City of Trier (SWT-AöR) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the cashless refuelling of approx. 500 vehicles and fuel-powered devices for all organisational units of SWT-AöR and the City of Trier.

A fuel card system provided by the contractor is used for billing.

The term of the contract begins on 01.12.2023 and ends on 31.12.2027.

It must be possible to refuel close to the location of the vehicles. The main location of the vehicles is the Trier Energy and Technology Park, Am Grüneberg 90, 54292 Trier.

The following basic requirements for the quality of the filling station must be met for refueling the vehicle fleet and will be confirmed with the offer:

• Spatial and technical possibility for refuelling trucks up to 26 tonnes total weight as well as with the dimensions according to § 32 StVZO;

• The fuels offered must all comply with the currently valid DIN or DIN EN standards;

• The bidder must have at least two petrol stations in the city of Trier;

• Refuelling must be possible 24/7.

The expected purchase volumes are annually:

• approx. 175,000 - 250,000 Litres Diesel

•ca. 75,000 - 120,000 litres Super

Furthermore, in the event of a possible crisis, a fuel contingent must be stockpiled at the Trier site and, in the event of an emergency, made available exclusively for SWT-AöR and the city of Trier, at the latest until the stockpiled tank storage stocks are used up. This concerns a contingent of 10,000 litres of diesel and 20,000 litres of Super E5.
