The subject of the contract is: "Purchase of five buses powered by CNG gas" as part of the task p.n.: Purchase of five buses powered by CNG gas and a complete CNG refueling system - meeting all the requirements set out in the Specification of Conditions of the Contract (SWZ) and Annex 1 to the SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is: "Purchase of five buses powered by CNG gas" as part of the task p.n.: Purchase of five buses powered by CNG gas and a complete CNG refueling system.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified by the Ordering Party in the Specification of The Terms of The Contract (SWZ), Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – a detailed description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.

The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 139(1) of the PPL Act, it may first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest.
