The tender concerns the assignment Team projects for Rijkswaterstaat. The purpose of this tender is to select and contract a single Contractor who can fully meet the need to support teams and their managers and internal team supervisors within Rijkswaterstaat in their development, aimed at the functioning and performance of teams in the work in relation to their (internal and external) task.

This question for Team Trajectories can arise from the line, an entire department or program, but can also start from a team itself. This can be, for example, a management team or project team that wants to start a Team process based on urgency and/or wishes. The internal coordination of the Team Trajectories is entrusted to the LOFC department of the Corporate Service of Rijkswaterstaat.

The maximum estimate of the agreement is set at 500 versions of Team Trajectories. A maximum estimate in number instead of financial size is chosen, because the size of a Team trajectory can vary in size and the impact of a possible indexation is difficult to estimate in the current time.
