The Funds of the University of Helsinki and Vuorikatu 3 Oy Ab are jointly tendering for repair and modification planning services in the properties located at Fabianinkatu 28 and Vuorikatu 3.

The object of the renovation and alteration work of the Fabianinkatu 28 property is the so-called "green belt". new part; learning center Alexandria, which mainly has facilities for independent work of students. These facilities will be updated to meet the needs of today's study.

In addition to functional changes, repair work on building elements related to the life cycle is carried out.

The vuorikatu 3 property will be renovated for the use of the University of Helsinki as office space. In the renovation, the spatial structure will be transformed into a more open office environment with auxiliary spaces that better supports multi-location work and hybrid work.

The procurement will be carried out according to a restricted procedure. First, an application for participation is submitted.

Five (5) to eight (8) candidates shall be selected for the tender phase from those meeting the minimum requirements, unless there are fewer suitable candidates. If there are more than eight (8) candidates meeting the minimum requirements, the selection of tenderers among the candidates meeting the minimum criteria shall be carried out by drawing lots to a maximum of eight bidders.
