1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services entitled: "Development of green urban areas under the Green Budget of the City of Katowice - Part 10"

2. The subject of the contract will be implemented in five locations indicated in the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services entitled: "Development of green urban areas under the Green Budget of the City of Katowice - Part 10"

2. The subject of the contract will be implemented in five locations indicated in the SWZ.

3. The subject of the order includes:

1) Task No. 1 – the basic subject of the contract: performance of a service consisting in the development of greenery of urban areas in the locations indicated in the SWZ; According to the attached project documentation and bill of quantities m.in.: a) cleaning and preparation of the area for planting, b) planting trees and shrubs;

2) Task No. 2 – services covered by the option right, i.e.: maintenance and care of plantings in the period from 15.04.2024 – 15.10.2024 in the locations indicated in the SWZ.

4. The subject of the contract for Task No. 1 includes: land development for each location.

5. Task No. 2 – these are services covered by the right of option - care of planted trees and shrubs, perennials and creepers.

6. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract for Task No. 1 and requirements related to its implementation are specified in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ containing projects for individual locations, including: 1) Bill of quantities, 2) Technical description,

3) Technical drawings: PZT and PW, 4) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works.
