The tender is conducted to conclude contracts relating to the supply and washing of linen, to primary care centres.

The following 10 municipalities in the Shopping Community Nordsjælland have joined together to offer contracts for the supply and washing of linen to primary care centres: Allerød Municipality, Ballerup Municipality, Egedal Municipality, Fredensborg Municipality, Frederikssund Municipality, Furesø Municipality, Halsnæs Municipality, Helsingør Municipality, Hillerød Municipality and Hørsholm Municipality.

Thus, the offered offer includes the complete handling of linen service, including: packing and delivering clean textiles - made available by the supplier -, picking up unclean textiles and sorting, washing and drying textiles.

The contracts will enter into force on 1 December 2021 and expire on 30 November 2027.

For a detailed description of the offer offered, including requirements for the textiles supplied, requirements for the performance of the deliveries, an indication of the desired range the tenderer must make available and the best estimate of the quantity needs of the contracting entities, please refer to Annex 1 - specification of requirements, Annex 2 - offer list and total tender material.

In relation to Section 49 (2) of the Procurement Act, contracting entities have chosen not to offer separate subcontracts, based on economic and market considerations. Contracting entities have specifically assessed that separating and dividing the task into separate subagreements is not the commercially best option or recommendable.
