The complete repair of Neugasse 1 forms the first

In Phase I (prequalification), a maximum of ten general planning teams are selected for the bidding phase (Phase II). One or two junior offices with reduced requirements for the suitability criteria can also be selected. In Phase II, participants are expected to make sketch proposals on core aspects of the task as well as a fee offer as general planner.
