This announcement establishes a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DPS). Acquisition within DPS include drill sawback systems and consumables, as well as related supplementary services such as product training and maintenance services. In addition, there will be a trade warranty agreement as part of the contract.

This DPS targets the drill saw systems and consumables of HUS and other accompanying contracting entities Kymsote and Eksote.

HUS aims to procure high-quality surgical drill saw systems and supplies through a flexible and simple procedure to support the fulfillment of the tasks of HUS and its partners.

This DPS is classified into two (2) categories:

1. Consumables for existing drill sawback systems

2. Drill sawmill systems and their equipment bound supplies.

Applications to participate in DPS may be submitted throughout its duration and applications may be submitted in one (1) or more categories. All candidates qualifying for suitability will be included in the DPS. Actual procurement is made through internal competition within the dynamic procurement system, describing and specifying the object of the acquisition. You may apply to DPS as a tenderer if you meet the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the sections Other Terms of the Offer and the Criteria for the Acquisition.

The duration of the dynamic procurement system is 48 months unless it is suspended or modified when the DPS expires. The object of the acquisition includes drill saw systems in various specialties, such as fake joint surgery, trauma surgery, small orthopedic surgery, ear, nose, throat surgery, neurosurgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and plastic surgery and possibly other specialties drill sawsystems.

The procurement entity executes the procurement listed above among the candidates approved for DPS through intra-DPS competition, which may be scheduled for the entire acquisition phase of DPS. The object of the acquisition, as well as the minimum requirements, is described in the calls for tender for internal competition in DPS. The acquisition phase of DPS will begin no earlier than 30 days after the publication of this announcement and will end at the expiry of the DPS.

A contract awarded on the basis of internal competition may continue in a fixed term or indefinite period even after the expiration of the dynamic procurement system.

In this category, we will compete for consumables in the equipment base of existing drill sawmill systems, as well as any additional services associated with them, e.g. product training and possible logistics solutions such as a trade warehousing contract. Compatibility and equipment base are defined separately in each bid request for intra-DPS Games.

The products to be acquired are defined more accurately in each internal competition of the dynamic procurement system.

In this category, drill sawmill systems, their equipment bound consumables, and related additional services such as product training and maintenance services are competitive. In addition, if necessary, a trade wares contract will be concluded as part of the contract.
