With this invitation to tender, Tilakeskus is looking for a service provider for fault repairs, annual inspections and periodic maintenance of professional kitchen equipment at sites containing Tilakeskus' professional kitchen equipment (approx. 70 pcs).
The starting point for the tendering process is the site-specific equipment cards of professional kitchens that are opened to all bidders in the BEM system. The professional kitchen equipment included in the sites can be found in the system card list containing the device identifier of each site's equipment identification system under "Industrial kitchen equipment".
The service agreement will cover all kitchen appliances owned by Tilakeskus, excluding all refrigeration equipment and refrigeration and freezer rooms, which are included in a different service agreement. Refrigeration equipment includes all equipment that includes a refrigeration unit and refrigerants. The maintenance agreement also does not cover household appliances, small appliances and transport trolleys in professional kitchen facilities.
The equipment owned by the farm center is mostly Electrolux Professional, Dieta or Metos branded.
A separate device identification system has been drawn up for professional kitchen appliances, which is attached to the service description (Appendix 5 of the invitation to tender).
The service includes equipment fault repairs, annual inspections and scheduled maintenance in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The service may also include installation, transfer and disassembly of equipment. In addition, the service includes scheduling annual audits and collecting and documenting data from systems and equipment corresponding to the content of the RFQ in accordance with the tender documents. The service agreement includes the materials used in the work, maintenance equipment and machines, as well as personnel, travel and work management costs, including all expenses.
The customer must have the opportunity to purchase household appliance-level kitchen appliances through the service provider of the resulting contract.
The purchase includes on-call duty Mon - Sun from 5 am to 11 pm. In on-call work, the response time of the service provider is one hour.
