1. Delivery of bread and confectionery products for military units of Sochaczew and Olszewnica supplying 42 BLSz, including: bread, rolls, challah, croissant, cakes, etc. in accordance with the minimum quality requirements contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ and to the contract in the assortment, prices and quantities specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2. The Contractor shall deliver the goods at its own expense to the Food Warehouses of the Recipients, specified in Annex 5 for a given part.

3. Deliveries will be made every other day or every day depending on the needs of the Ordering Party: acceptance of delivery by the Recipient will be carried out on a business day, from 5.00 to 7.00 except for public holidays.
