The Municipal and District Department/Technical Calculation Committee of Municipal and County Finance (TBU) would like to launch a project on the efficiency of municipal services. The contracting authority would like documentation of overall developments in efficiency over time within the most important municipal sectors. The analyses will also be an aid for the municipalities to compare themselves to comparable municipalities and create a starting point for the assessment of their own resource consumption and efficiency.

The time frame of the agreement is from the date of commencement to the delivery of the final report by 15 December 2023. The total financial framework is NOK 1.3 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
