The subject of the contract is the provision of a service, hereinafter referred to as Supervision, consisting in the management and supervision of the implementation of the contract for the execution of construction works together with the control of the financial settlement of the Contract. In order for the Engineer to provide the service, he will create a team of specialists. The team will be headed by a Project Engineer who will also act as the coordinator of the supervision inspector's team. The Project Engineer is the Engineer's representative responsible for the entire scope of the Engineer's activities.
