ROAF, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs to procure various property insurances, see annexes 2-5. The main intention of the procurement is to achieve optimum prices and terms for the company's property insurance for the next 4-year period. The contracting authority shall, as a starting point, establish a contract with 1 tenderer, but is open to alternative solutions if this is advantageous for the company.
