This assignment includes drawing up the design, the specifications, the plans, the estimate, the technical file, the safety coordination and the follow-up of the works for the realization of a multifunctional sports and recreation zone.

The complete assignment results in:

- drawing up a schedule of requirements in consultation with the contracting authority,

- drawing up a preliminary design,

- drawing up a detailed project estimate,

- the preparation of the documents for all necessary license applications and possible applications for subsidies by public authorities,

- (if applicable) drawing up necessary documents in accordance with the energy performance decree and the Flemish Government Decree of 11.3.2005 and subsequent amendments,

- the safety coordination design and implementation,

- drawing up all the necessary parts of the implementation file and for the corresponding tendering procedure that runs in accordance with the public procurement regulations. In addition to plans and a detailed measuring statement and specifications (+ quotation forms), this also includes all special techniques, etc., if applicable,

- the drawing up of an award file, being the full substantive, administrative, technical and arithmetic review of the tenders, as well as the preparation of an award proposal,

- monitoring the execution, checking the works, including the special techniques,

- review of accounts, receivables, invoicing and delivery procedures,

- the coordination of his entire team and all other interested parties in this mission,

- the coordination and planning of the project at every stage of the contract,

- preparing, guaranteeing and participating in all necessary meetings.
