The subject of the contract are deliveries of fresh vegetables and fruits to the Prison Service Training Center in Popowo and the Branch Office in Kikity. Delivered products should comply with the norms and standards set out in Polish Norms and relevant legal regulations, including the Food and Nutrition Safety Act of 25 August 2006 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2132), as well as executive regulations to this Act. The type of articles and the estimated demand for a period of 12 months, according to individual tasks, is presented in the price form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. Deliveries will be made to the warehouse of the ordering party successively, according to current demand on the basis of information provided by the ordering party each time in the form of telephone, e-mail or fax until 1500 hours on the day preceding delivery. Delivery in the hours 800 - 1300 by transport and at the expense of the contractor.
