Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities co-operate in some of the procurements. The co-operation includes that several tender contests, such as this, are jointly implemented. This call for tenders includes all 3 municipalities. The co-operating municipalities are separate legal entities and will enter into separate contracts.

Nord-Fron municipality is responsible for the implementation of the contest and hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement with a company that provides services related to leasing of cars and car administration services.

It is not possible to submit tender offers for part of the delivery.

The agreement period is 2 years with an option 1 year + 1 year extension.

The current car fleet includes approx. 40 leased cars divided in different car makes and models and a different number of cars for each municipality.

The framework agreement shall include customer support/assistance, an online reporting system, car administration services including assistance related to the car fleet and mediation of leasing agreements.
