The award is provided for through a two-stage negotiated procedure. First of all, professional, technically and economically suitable applicants are identified within the framework of the participation competition. For this purpose, the application for participation provided in the tender documents must be completed and uploaded in due time. All necessary proofs/forms are integrated into the file. The use of proof of prequalification is also permitted.

Subsequently, at least 3 qualified applicants will be invited to submit tenders.
