The Norddeutsche Rundfunk; non-profit institution under public law; intends to

its location in Lokstedt, on the Hugh-Greene Weg1; 22529 Hamburg; a new office and

to erect administration buildings.

The building is planned with sides of approx. 49 x 57 m and a height of approx. 23.5 m above ground and has six

U-shaped floor plan with above-ground floors and a basement designed as a partial cellar. Its structure

is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton construction with beam-free flat ceilings.

The building has two staircases and two elevators that run parallel to each other from the basement to the

run through the top floor. The ground floor has a spacious

Entrance area with covered exterior and closed front façade, which is divided into two by a central

landscaped outdoor terrace dissolves separate glazed side wings.
