The subject of the contract is: Collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Pyrzyce Commune and their management.

The scope of this contract includes: collection and management, i.e. recovery or disposal of waste indicated in the contract description from real estate located in the Pyrzyce Commune, where residents live in a manner ensuring that appropriate levels are achieved

recycling, preparing for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by the Resolution of the West Pomeranian Regional Assembly No. XX/240/20 of 22 October 2020 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2020-2026. 1. The subject of the contract is: Collection of municipal waste from property owners living in the Pyrzyce Municipality and its management.

The scope of this contract includes: collection and management, i.e. recovery or disposal of waste indicated in the contract description from real estate located in the Pyrzyce Commune, where residents live in a manner ensuring that appropriate levels are achieved

recycling, preparing for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by the Resolution of the West Pomeranian Regional Assembly No. XX/240/20 of 22 October 2020 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2020-2026 taking into account the perspective for the years 2027-2032, and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pyrzyce Municipality in force during the term of the agreement, approved by the Resolution of the City Council in Pyrzyce No. XXIII/169/20 of 28 May 2020 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pyrzyce Municipality (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). Woj. of 2020, item 3016, as amended. as amended),

2. The service of collecting municipal waste from property owners residing in the Pyrzyce Municipality and its management includes the following types of waste:

1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(2) biodegradable waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and separately collected green waste,

(3) paper, cardboard, magazines, etc., including packaging,

4) plastics,

5) metal,

6) glass,

7) multi-material packaging, tetra pak type,

8) bulky waste,

9) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

10) waste batteries and accumulators,

(11) used fluorescent lamps and other mercury-containing waste (e.g. thermometers),

l2) expired medicines,

13) chemicals produced only in the household (residues of paints, varnishes, adhesives, solvents, plant protection products and their packaging, used oils, etc.),

14) waste tires from passenger cars,

15) construction and demolition waste, including roofing felt, generated in households,

16) ashes,

17) natural Christmas trees, with the proviso that their collection will be carried out in the period from 2 January to 15 February.

3. Management of collected municipal waste in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the law and the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (WPGO).

4. The area of Pyrzyce Municipality is 205 km².

1) The expected amount of municipal waste generated to be collected and managed during the term of the contract is approx. 5,715.5000 Mg (+/- 10%), including:

a) mixed municipal waste – approx. 3,386.0000Mg (+/- 10%),

b) separately collected waste – approx. 1,720.5000 Mg (+/- 10%),

c) waste delivered to PSZOK – approx. 468.0000 Mg (+/- 10%).

d) bulky waste – approx. 141.0000 Mg (+/- 10%).

2) The number of inhabitants according to the submitted declarations is 15,006 people as of 31.08.2023.

3) Expected number of serviced properties – 2,970, of which:

a) urban area:

- single-family buildings- ok.1.100

- multi-family buildings - approx. 140

b) rural area:

- single family buildings - approx. 1.700

- multi-family buildings - approx. 30
