The city of Wolfratshausen intends to award the following services in the course of the general renovation and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen on Hammerschmiedweg:
Sanitary engineering construction phase 1:
- Delivery, installation and installation of pipelines and components
- Create house connections and transfer points
- Distribution line or collection lines in the underground
- Construction of downpipes or risers and floor exits
- Raw assembly of sanitary cores with installations in drywall construction
- Installation of wastewater lifting plants
- Installation of water treatment equipment, built-in parts and domestic water heaters
- Fine assembly of sanitary items
- Adjustment and commissioning of automatic valves
- Leak testing and cleaning of pipe networks
- Joint commissioning of the main components and the entire plant
- Acceptance and hygiene inspection
- Creation of as-built documentation
The primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen has to be expanded due to the increasing number of pupils forecast for the next few years. However, since further buildable areas are only conditionally available on the property, a large part of the existing buildings are to be demolished in order to enable densification. The existing buildings to be maintained will be renovated and restructured.
Since the conversion and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen takes place during ongoing operation, it is necessary to implement the construction measures in three consecutive construction phases (BA).
The construction phases are divided as follows:
BA 1: New construction of component BT3 access hall and new construction of component BT6 primary school
BA 2: Demolition of the old primary school, new building component BT4 middle school, renovation of component BT5 auditorium, as well as redesign of playground 1
BA 3: Renovation of component BT1 specialist classes and component BT2 administration, as well as redesign of playground 2
The content of this tender is construction work for construction phase 1 (BA1) and thus includes the components BT 3 and BT 6. The other construction phases will be awarded separately at a later date. The services essentially include the following:
