Tuomi Logistiikka Oy establishes a dynamic procurement system through which anesthesia and intensive care supplies are acquired in the areas of Kanta-Häme and Pirkanmaa of Tampere University Hospital with the exception of South Ostrobothnia Medical Districts. The procurement agreement will be made by Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, Kanta Logistiikka Oy and the Forssa Region Welfare Municipality Group for their respective owners and affiliated entities.

Internal competitions within the dynamic procurement system specify the subscribers involved, as well as the anesthetic and intensive care supplies to be competitive.

Description of dynamic acquisition

The system may apply for the entire validity of the system. The process of applying for the scheme does not mean direct participation in competitive procurement; the tenderer must separately submit an offer to open competition after approval. Contract-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents can be seen at the time of the competition's opening for operators approved in the dynamic system. No tender can be submitted for existing contracts, i.e. procurement already tendered, until the competition is reopened.
