The scope for this award procedure includes the work phases 1 to 3 with the result of the preparation of a final project document (FPU) according to New RBBau Section E 3.1 as well as the step-by-step retrieval of the further work phases 4 - 6 until the completion of the building. The basis for the structural design is the approved, fixed and budget-approved ES construction in the amount of EUR 48,941 thousand.
The planned measure is the second construction phase of the Federal Film Archive at the Hoppegarten site. A compact four-storey new building with a single-storey extension is planned, which is connected to the 1st construction phase via a connecting corridor. On the ground floor are the offices as well as all functional and ancillary rooms. The archives are located on the 1st - 3rd floor. Here, the façade is largely windowless, as the storage of the film material does not allow any openings. In addition, a corresponding degree of component penetration is necessary to ensure the special climatic requirements using ventilation technology and increased payloads due to archive use must be taken into account.
Usable area 8,706 m² / GFA 13,331 m² / BRI 57,668 m³.
