The purpose of the contract is to insure the property, agents, elected officials and fleet of the city of Pointe-à-Pitre for the years 2020 to 2023.

The guarantee of "breakage of machinery and computer assets" applies to all materials and installations in the city including servers, microcomputers and peripherals (fixed or mobile), inverters, air conditioners, central alarms, switches, office automation equipment, etc. The city of Pointe-à-Pitre may own, rent or hold these properties.

Candidates will submit, in accordance with the models of special conditions and special agreements proposed in the consultation file, a policy covering the financial consequences of the liability that the city of Pointe-à-Pitre may incur for bodily, material and immaterial damage caused to others, because of its existence, activities that are its own, competences and attributions that are devolved to it by the texts in force. The city of Pointe-à-Pitre may own, rent or hold these properties.

The candidates will present, in accordance with the models of special conditions and special agreements proposed in the consultation file, a policy covering the entire fleet of the city of Pointe-à-Pitre to be insured.
