The Ostalb Kliniken intend to purchase two digital, fully automatic X-ray imaging stations motorized in three spatial axes, including a grid wall stand (RWS) (Part 1). State-of-the-art systems with a mobile detector and a permanently installed detector in the grid wall stand are required. The devices / systems required in this specification (Part 1) must be absolutely compatible with the devices and systems from Part 2. Mobile detectors shall be interchangeable among equipment using a mobile detector. The digital, fully automatic X-ray imaging stations enable X-ray examinations in the accident area and support rapid work as well as the immediate display of the images. The system consists of a universally applicable X-ray workstation as a two-detector solution, each with two digital flat detectors and a patient positioning table. The system must be suitable for all Bucky images with grid on standing, lying and sitting patients that are examined conventionally on a tripod or on an X-ray stage. The system should have the following degrees of freedom: vertical caster control of spotlight, table and detector, vertical orientation, horizontal and tilted, with motor support and oblique deflection for special shots. The multitude of projection options is to be supported by an automatic exposure control with freely selectable measuring field dominants (at least 3 measuring chambers). An X-ray generator with at least 80 kW in combination with an X-ray source and automatic depth aperture is required. The spotlight should be attached to a 3D ceiling tripod with trailing control, which can be moved in the room both longitudinally and transversely in a wide area. The arrangement of the system components should allow the best possible use of the available space and also be suitable for bed recordings.
The digital X-ray station is to be regarded as a unit. All accessories required for the function must be supplied and assembled. The offer includes the delivery, installation, official and safety acceptance until the handover of the fully functional system including all accessories required for operation to the operator. The existing premises must be able to be used for the system required here without major conversion work (moving walls, etc.). For this reason, the supplier is asked to insert the optimal position for his system in the attached construction plan using a DWG file. If a heavy-duty ceiling is required in addition to the substructure of the system, this must be included in the scope of delivery / offer! With the completed bill of quantities, all product data necessary for the assessment as well as the current DICOM Conformance Statement for all system components must be submitted. Integration into the existing PACS is mandatory and included in the overall offer.
